The social security laws are new phenomenon as a special strategy to deal with the social risks that usually in the first, its origin is European countries. Of course, it should not be denied that the development of the idea of social security has had more speed along with the industrialization of the European Communities; but if the contraposition of this proposition is concluded in such way that there has not been a solution to deal with the social risks in other legal systems, including Islamic legal system considered in the study, its authenticity should be in doubt. Hence, it was decided to do a research on the social security implications in the Shia religious jurisprudence resources. Moreover, we also reviewed the impact of these ideas in the existing rules and regulations for the application of research results to provide the possibility of resolving the difficulties in the social security systems.
Autorenporträt
Mohammad Amin Poorchangiz started the joined master of law, attitude private law at the Shahid Bahonar University of Kerman in 2008. He also studied Persian language and literature at that University. In 2015, he went to Ferdowsi University of Mashhad as a PHD student of jurisprudence and principles of Islamic law, and is studying at it now.
