Pennie Eagen is a retired, elementary school teacher. Pennie and her husband have enjoyed world travel. Pennie shares her travel photos with family and friends by creating photo books. Her grandchildren's enthusiasm and curiosity for shared reading with the photo books inspired Pennie to write 'Looking for a Lion.' Pennie values the power of real images for storytelling; as the old adage says: "A picture is worth a thousand words."
