Looking for Something Serious tells a story that is painfully relatable to many modern daters: going on countless online dates looking for love, but never finding a lasting relationship. By sharing her own tumultuous ride through a decade of dates, the author normalizes struggling with dating and investigates the enormous emotional toll that comes with engaging in so many micro-relationships. This story is an unsparingly vulnerable exploration of love addiction, confusing situationships, repeated rejections, relationship anxiety, alcohol's chokehold, and coping with a relentless fear of ending up alone. With a necessary dose of optimism, this book provides hopeful insight and hard-earned wisdom about what it means to "fail" at dating apps...and still find a happy ending anyway.
