This research work presents an analysis of the multi-server queuing system of the M/G/2 queue with impatient customers where the customers arrive according to a Poisson process with rate and the service times of the customers are independent and identically distributed random variables having a general probability distribution function with mean mi^(-1). The service discipline is first come, first served. Each arriving customer enters the system, but is only willing to wait in queue for a fixed time 0. A customer who waits for a time without his service having begun leaves the system and becomes a lost customer. The data used in the research was collected by direct observation at the service facility of three different which includes the Heritage bank, United Bank for Africa (U.B.A.) and First Bank all in Ekiti State University. From the analysis; performance measures such as arrival rate, service rate, reneging rate, loss probability among other measures were obtained, and the result showed that the loss probability obtained at the service facility of the United bank for Africa was higher than that of the First bank while Heritage bank has a relatively low loss probability.
