The research aimed at establishing the level of loss to follow-up of HIV exposed infants in public health facilities of Jinja district,given that there had been no research of the kind undertaken in that locality.The goal was to identify the common factors linked to LFU as well as the related existing health systems approaches.The objectives were met and demonstrated high level of LFU as well as health systems constraints.
