Oluebube was born in Lagos, Nigeria, West Africa, and hails from Enugu-Ezike in the Eastern heartland of Nigeria. She holds a BECE Certificate from National Examination Council (NECO) Nigeria and is very versatile in her academic and literary activities. She is a strong advocate for youth empowerment.
