What he did not expect was to meet the love of his life, who he refers to as BABY. Christopher is amazed by all the talented singers in this karaoke bar, but there is one singer who stands out amongst the rest. He knew he would have to make a few appearances to this place and muster up the courage to sing to get her attention, so he did just that. After getting her attention by singing the one song he thinks he can sing without sounding terrible, Donell Jones-Where I Wanna Be, he makes his move to strike up a conversation about music and she was surprisingly inviting. The couple would eventually start dating and realizing that the karaoke community is filled with messy, jealous, and spiteful people who they once regarded as friends. Their relationship quickly moved from casual to exclusive in a matter of months and that's where the real challenges began. Christopher documents their journey to maintain his relationship amidst the community drama and personal issues with family and friends.
