Tim is Senior Pastor of Love Church in Bournemouth and is ordained in the Church of England, having previously been an accountant in London and academic in Cardiff. He and Debi were on the clergy team of HTB for six years and planted out from there to Bournemouth in 2014. Tim loves surfing, windsurfing, DIY and messing about with their three young kids.
