After graduating with a degree in Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School at Arizona State University, author Vivian Franks spent 20 years in public education as a teacher and administrator. After many years of writing and performing for local community theater, she diverted her spare time to writing her debut novel, Love Harder. Franks lives with her daughter and divides her time between Phoenix and San Diego.
