UK Chartered Psychologist, Dr Fiona Beddoes-Jones, explores what Love is and our understanding of our personal and professional relationships to reveal why, when it comes to relationships, especially the most important relationship that we will ever have - our relationship with ourselves; that Love really is, The Answer. Introducing the 10 different kinds of Love which surround us in our modern world, this book will revolutionise your thinking about what it means to love and be loved. Drawing on new research in the areas of brain neurology and psychobiology, this book explains how we are mentally and physically hard-wired for Love, and how Love is crucial to our emotional and physical well-being, both at home and at work. Dr Fiona Beddoes-Jones has one of the world's very few PhDs in the areas of authenticity and Authentic Leadership which bridges the gap so many of us often experience; the difference between our real, personal authentic selves - the person we are with friends and family, and the professional person we have to become at work when we are expected to lead and manage others. A special chapter on Loving and Leadership introduces the Corporate Love Model, which explains how Love and Leadership Style can predict people's personal engagement, productivity and well-being at work.
