Carol Hazelwood graduated from the University of California in Criminology and lives in Palm Desert, California. In 1986 she revitalized the Newport Beach Literacy Program. She has traveled extensively and retains a close relationship with friends in Germany. Her interest in research is a necessity, especially for this novel. She enjoys swimming and Bocce. Although she no longer plays golf, she participates in golf putting organizations. She interacts with authors of all genres through her community's Writers Circle. She's a widow with three married sons, four grandchildren, and two great grandsons. Writing is her passion and her joy.
