Autorenporträt

My life has really been defined by the creative process and adventuring in the outdoors. For as long as I can remember, I've been making images, writing poetry and telling stories. As a toddler, it was often in crayon on the walls (sorry Mom), and then in high school, my workbooks simply became big sketchbooks (sorry hard-working teachers). After attending Art Center College of Design in California, I worked in LA as a freelance Illustrator before launching a successful career as a Creative Director back home in the Pacific Northwest. A few years ago, I jumped ship to backpack around the world and then across North America in my SUV. Along the way, I made photographic images of everything I saw and experienced along the way as I lived nomadically on the road.
