Frauke Urban is Lecturer in Environment and Development at the Centre for Development, Environment and Policy (CeDEP) at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), UK. She specializes in the linkages between energy, climate change and development, especially low carbon development, climate change mitigation and energy policy.
