The real estate market is present in people's everyday lives. There is a wide variety of real estate agencies where you can advertise properties for sale or rent. Because the use of brokers involves a bureaucratic part and often the displacement to the real estate agencies, many people think of other means in relation to cost and benefit to advertise their properties and with less bureaucracy. Thus, this work had as main purpose to analyze and develop a digital classified based on a market research that was applied to potential users of the service, along with this a mobile application for consultation of ads. As the main idea of business, develop a product that is within the reach of all people, optimizing the search for real estate and meeting the needs of users, with the main focus on providing a service focused on low cost and without the bureaucracy that is given in the use of a realtor. To perform the modeling of the proposed service development, a market research was applied so that it was possible to raise ideas and verify the acceptance or not of certain features for the web system.
