JIM LEFEBVRE is an award-winning journalist, author, speaker and sports historian. His books, which include Coach For A Nation: The Life and Times of Knute Rockne, have twice been honored for excellence by the Independent Publisher Book Awards. He is the co-founder and executive director of the Knute Rockne Memorial Society, which sponsors the annual Knute Rockne Spirit of Sports Awards. Jim writes the Irish Echoes column on Notre Dame history for Blue & Gold Illustrated. He lives in the suburbs of Minneapolis.
