Autorenporträt
SAM McCREADY is Associate Professor of Theatre at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County Campus. An Irish actor, director, and writer, he has appeared in over one hundred productions and has directed the plays of O'Casey, Synge, Yeats, and Wilde, among others. In addition, he has written articles on theater for a number of periodicals, and has contributed biographies to Notable Women in the American Theatre (Greenwood Press, 1989).
