Pam Wamback never set out to become known as the "lady who loves lobster" but over the years, she's become quite comfortable with the title. After growing up near the small lobster-fishing town of Shelburne, Nova Scotia, she settled into her career in the tourism and hospitality industry. She loves showing off everything her home province has to offer, but especially loves showing off all things lobster-how it's woven into Nova Scotia's lifestyle and culture, from art to music to history and more. Pam especially enjoys all the delicious ways to savour it and is currently on a hunt to find the province's best lobster roll!
