Autorenporträt

Damien Atkins was born in Australia, but spent his childhood in Edmonton, Alberta. His major works include miss chatelaine, Real Live Girl, Good Mother, and The Mill, Part 4: Ash, which have been produced in both Canada and the United States. Atkins is playwright-inresidence for the Canadian Stage Company, as well as a guest lecturer at the National Theatre School. His plays have been the recipients of the Elizabeth Sterling Haynes Award and two Dora Mavor Moore Awards. Atkins currently lives in Toronto.
