Sallie Stabler Parks, a native of Wilcox County, now calls Montgomery, Alabama home. A retired teacher, she's earned multiple Teacher of the Year Awards during her career. Even in retirement, she's passionate about literacy education, teaching Sunday School and Life Group classes. Alongside her writing endeavors of children's books and devotionals, she cherishes moments spent with her family and friends. Married with two adult children, she continues to impact lives through her dedication to teaching and writing.
