LUKE NGUYEN is one of Australia's best-loved chefs. He is the owner of acclaimed Red Lantern and Fat Noodle restaurants, and is a regular presenter with shows that have taken him all over the world. He runs a cooking school in Saigon, and also a hospitality program for disadvantaged youth. He is also a judge on MasterChef Vietnam (watched by 20 million people!)
