June Foster is an author and deckhand in the yachting industry. In 2018, she published The Girl and the Golden Leaf, a suspense novel that touches upon poverty and human trafficking and has been optioned for a film production. June is currently writing a short-story collection with a writer from Garissa, Kenya, and has completed two children's illustration books with Rob Scheer, Founder of Comfort Cases. Through her online store, www.yachtieinspired.com and other ventures, she is able to support a variety of children and conservation organizations. June's passions are storytelling, child advocacy and conservation. Her stories reflect her love and concern for those in need, especially children, across the world. Through suspense and adventure storytelling, it is her greatest hope to give a voice to those who are oppressed, those who suffer, and those who are silenced.
