Melissa Riesgo is not only an accomplished Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a Qualified Supervisor, but also a passionate advocate for mental health. Her commitment to the field goes beyond the counseling room and into the heart of her community. Melissa serves as a dedicated Board Member of The Broward Mental Health Counselors Association, where she not only contributes her expertise to the advancement of mental health services but also works to connect therapists within the community. Melissa and her sister, Elizabeth Steuerwald, are co-owners of Full Circle Therapy, a thriving group practice with a dedicated team of over 25 skilled clinicians, who foster a compassionate and effective therapeutic environment. Melissa has made it her mission to ensure everyone has access to the therapy they need. This mission led her to establish The Full Circle Therapy Foundation, a non-profit organization committed to championing accessible mental health care. Through the Foundation, Melissa tirelessly works to provide little to no-cost therapy services to those in need, believing wholeheartedly in the transformative power of therapy.
