Autorenporträt
Carl Springer is the SunTrust Chair of Excellence in the Humanities at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga. He has written extensively on Martin Luther and more: his books include The Manuscripts of Sedulius (1995), The Gospel as Epic in Late Antiquity (1988), Luther's Aesop (2011); Sedulius: The Paschal Song and Hymns(2013); and Cicero in Heaven: The Roman Rhetor and Luther's Reformation (2017).
