Lyla and the Invisible Raincoat is a beautifully illustrated picture book continuing the theme of inclusion, diversity, acceptance, respect, and compassion. Lyla and her younger brother Finn have been living the message that it's okay to be different and unique, and accepting and respecting this in others as well. When peer pressure fills Lyla with doubt, Nanny shares a magical secret she discovered as a little girl. Now Lyla and Finn know a simple way to always remain true to themselves in any situation. Being a picture book, it is aimed at the little ones in those wonderful formative years when they believe what significant people in their lives tell them. This book plants different, positive seeds that they can take forward with them. The message itself is ageless, and those reading the book with their little ones will also benefit from the suggestion.Hinweis: Dieser Artikel kann nur an eine deutsche Lieferadresse ausgeliefert werden.

Autorenporträt
I'm Chrissy Hampton. I love all things spiritual, especially astrology, oracle and tarot cards, and of course, writing. My two most enjoyable roles in life are being married to Richard and being a grandmother, of 8. I currently reside in Medowie, NSW. I have led a varied life - working for the government, owning a Massage Therapy practice, working with people with a disability, working in construction on Solar Farms, and being a Marriage Celebrant. I have studied Astrology with Debra Silverman, Holistic Counselling, Reiki II, Bush Flower Essences, and Flower Therapy amongst many other courses. I have completed Oracle School with Colette Baron-Reid and I have also published a book of poetry titled Inner Reflections. My Children's BooksIn 2014, I was gifted with the first idea for my children's books whilst out walking. Fast-forward to 2020, and I received another idea sitting by a river enjoying a coffee. The third came whilst having a conversation with one of my grandchildren. In February 2022, I released Lyla and the Mermaid's Message. It is a beautifully illustrated picture book about inclusion, diversity and acceptance. Through this story the message is clear that it's okay to be different and unique and to respect and accept that in others as well. This year, I will release my second book, Lyla and the Invisible Raincoat. It is a beautifully illustrated picture book where Lyla and her younger brother Finn are living the message that it's okay to be different and unique, and accepting and respecting this in others as well. When peer pressure fills Lyla with doubt, Nanny shares a magical secret she discovered as a little girl. Now Lyla and Finn know a simple way to always remain true to themselves in any situation.I have a third book in the works as well.
