William Coniston lives in a small village in West Yorkshire. He has been writing all his life but mainly boring legal documents. M.I.C.E. and the Stone is his first novel and he has found it much more fun. He often visits his cosy cottage at Scar Bay so has known Grandpa Peterson for a long time and, through him, Olly and Tilly.
