Autorenporträt
Carol Hilker is a former chef and culinary teacher. She's the author of seven cookbooks, including Dirty Food and F. Scott Fitzgerald's Taste of France. Her writing and recipes have been featured in The Chicago Tribune, the Today Show, USA Today and a variety of other publications. After spending time in the San Francisco Bay area, she moved back to the suburbs of Chicago where she currently resides with her fella, Jeremy and her two 15-year old cats, Lola and Lennon.
