The ancient traditional ethics and the recent ecoethics, raised in the social and natural environments of today's man, need to be applied to artificial intelligence to sustain the coexistence among men and their coexistence with nature. This in terms of their security and the sustainable and sustainable use of non-human living resources to ensure their survival. This requires, in turn, a legal management of global level in terms of compliance with the laws of man and nature. In all this, the intelligent management of the infosphere and the noosphere (or sphere of the spiritual or mental substratum of the world of Teilhard De Chardin) (De Chardin, (1964) (2) raises extremely important questions regarding the programming of information and education at a transcultural level. All this in order to contribute to a better coexistence among human beings and to a concept of coexistence in a broad sense, related to other non-human living species. We cannot aspire to a Kantian perpetual peace (Kant, (1964) (3), nor to a human return to the natural state to achieve this harmony.
