Retinal vein occlusion is a common and potentially serious retinal pathology. Macular edema is the main cause of blindness in retinal vein occlusions. Its diagnosis and monitoring is based on optical coherence tomography, which is a non-invasive and rapid means of exploration that allows both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
