Relationships and marriages face challenges, but it doesn't mean they have to end. Sometimes, all you need is a little help along the way. This workbook is the companion to my book, Made to Last-Six Steps to a Happy Relationship. It is aimed at helping you and your partner develop the skills you both need to work on the challenges in your relationship as well as yourselves individually. Within the pages are activities that will challenge you to become uncomfortable in the pursuit of the best version of yourself and your relationship; allowing you and your partner to work on the relationship and grow together. I have seen many relationships fall apart because partners were incapable of saving them; not because they did not want to, but because they lacked the capacity, knowledge, and skills required. That does not have to be your relationship. Here is a book that will help you to bridge that gap. Complete the eight intensive activities within these pages and experience the change that you desire, become the change that you need.
