David Mei, born in Canton of China, has a BS degree from City College of New York in 1969 and worked for the City of New York and New York Foundation for Seniors/LaGuardia Senior Center Volunteer at Jewish Community Council of Greater Coney Island/Jay Harama Senior Center.
