For them, only a Gandhian model, which requires the least amount of capital outlay, may do.

Dr. Jakku Srinivasa Rao, Faculty in Philosophy, Andhra University and obtained M.A in Philosophy from Andhra University(2002) and M.A.Education from IASE University, Rajastan. M.Phil ( 2007), Doctorate from Andra University (2010), India. He has presented number of papers in various seminars and published in national and international journals.
