The industrial maintenance takes an increasing importance and appears to be one of the key functions of modern production companies. Our work is devoted to the theoretical and practical study of the reliability of the equipment at the level of the company "ENTP-Station TP127", in this case, the analysis of the reliability, of the critical elements, based on methods and advanced tools.In this project of end of studies we used the laws of reliability and the methods of analysis, while being based, on tools, like (AMDEC and ABC) very known in reliability, in particular the law of "Weibull".In order to concretize our study, we used graphical and analytical methods to determine the critical parameters, which are used for the evaluation of the rate of degradation of the equipments at the level of the station TP127 and, to determine the type of the maintenance to be applied. Finally, we validated our work by a practical study, by choosing the sensitive organs of the strategic equipment of the winch "at the level of the TP127". This study allowed us to find results in conformity with the practical reality at the level of the company, which had a positive impact at the level of the station and which will be used and followed by the other stations in exploitation.
