The constraints in planning, design, and construction of buildings and infrastructure is having tremendous impacts on organizations, agencies, and governments. This book is written for professionals, leaders, and educators in higher educational environments and for people that engage in capital projects development. In this book, four major categories of constraints, and thirty seven constraints were identified. The book highlighted the implications of constraints in planning, design, and construction processes on higher education, organizational leaders, and on the practice of planning, design, and construction. Constructive recommendations that improves efficiency and effectiveness in planning, design, and construction processes have been provided for use in relevant environments.
