Herr Samuel MIYAKUDI MAYIZA ist Generalinspektor der Finanzen im Rang eines Generalsekretärs, dem höchsten Dienstgrad in der öffentlichen Verwaltung der Demokratischen Republik Kongo. Er war mehrere Jahre lang als technischer Berater des Conseil Permanent de la Comptabilité au Congo (CPCC) tätig.
