Here is a Trickle-Up economic plan that begins from the bottom, with the household budget, finding how to relieve the financial pain, finding the funds from tax reform ideas, ideas and estimates from the Congressional Budget Office and other government agencies, ideas that have been gathering dust in the Library of Congress. The American Worker will be more productive, compete with Chinese workers, and make a living wage.
