A lover of words and a well-turned phrase, Peg Marrin pursued undergraduate work in English and graduate work in Comparative Literature. Make Your Mark is Peg's first book for children. This mother of six, former teacher, and curriculum writer has spent her career advancing the cause of literacy, particularly for those who struggle to learn to read. Now retired, she writes in the woods of Northern Minnesota in the summer.
