"Making Trust Happen!" is an impactful book written for facilitators. Authors Dr. Jerome S. Paige and Dr. Cynthia O. Pace share their views on trust's ineffability by illustrating how "trust" co-appears with self-trusting, trustworthiness, trust relationships, and trust structures. We can make trust happen! And when trust happens, the relationships among team members are strengthened, second-guessing is eliminated, and organizational life is easier and more productive.

Paige & Associates provides organizational consulting services in strategic planning, business development, performance measurement & management, and change management. We assist them in demonstrating how they create and deliver value. Since we bring a fresh perspective to organizational performance, we provide leaders and managers with clear and easily graspable concepts to apply to ensure their organizations are mission-driven, opportunity-seeking, outcomes-based, and results-oriented. A key focus of our organizational consulting work is around the four elements of "trust" -- mind states, behaviors, relationships, and structures. Why? Fast-moving and change-focused organizations do not have time for "second-guessing," and since "trust" helps eliminate "second-guessing," it becomes for us "the glue that holds an organization together." Thus, the importance of Wiley's "The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team" in our work. We approach "trust" as if it's an "inherent quality." "Trust" Happens!" when its dimensions align, and we help organizations attain that alignment. Dr. Cynthia O. Pace is the Founder and Senior Partner of PACE-MAKER, LLC, Chair of the Mid Atlantic Facilitators Network, and former U.S. Director of the International Association of Facilitators. She is also a certified professional facilitator endorsed by the International Association of Facilitation(TM) (CPF), an author, keynote speaker, team, and group facilitator. Clients engage her and the PACE-MAKER Associates when they want their organization and employees to embrace a culture of "trust and personal responsibility," turning an irregular organizational heartbeat into a drumbeat-a jungle into a garden. Her leadership/group facilitation practice and events electrify the organization's pulse by uncovering the intrinsic wiring of the organization from top to bottom. She has declared war on meetings, retreats, and business sessions that produce less than optimal results, turning business boredom into meeting magic. Unlike most, she offers the client the opportunity to experience in real-time memor-able, penetrat-able, and remark-able leadership. She is internationally known for her dynamic presentations and creative project management. She "tells it like it is." Her clients describe her as energizing, fun-filled, and enlightened.
