Autorenporträt
Marilyn Harlin's childhood in the woods of Washington State played a large role in developing her love of science. She attended Stanford University for a degree in biology, and later earned a doctorate degree in marine botany from the University of Washington. Marilyn has published many works in scientific journals, but Making Waves is her first memoir.
