Robin Farmer is the author of the debut novel Malcolm and Me, a 2019 winner of the She Writes Press and SparkPress Toward Equality in Publishing (STEP) Contest. She is a recipient of residencies at the Rowland Writers Retreat, Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, and the Djerassi Resident Artists Program. A national award-winning journalist, her work led to a Knight-Wallace Fellowship at the University of Michigan, among other honors. A freelance writer since 2009, she lives with her husband near Richmond, Virginia, where she works with organizations to empower writers.
