Maldon - A History is the story of Maldon, which is the second oldest town in Essex, from pre-historic times until the present day. Charles Phillips is retired and lives in beautiful eastern Tennessee. One of his favorite Bible verses is 1 Peter 4:8 (KJV), "And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins." In his spare time, Mr. Phillips enjoys reading Scripture and helping others to know the love of God. He wrote this book to share the love of Christ with his neighbors and friends. He hopes that his readers will come away with an understanding that Christ has done all possible to reveal His love for every person on earth and wants to save all who love Jesus Christ.
