The author worked in CIDA (Canadaian International Agency) funded project at HERP in various capacities such as resource person,teacher educator, training development officer and gender trainer. During this project,she developed various training manuals such as HISAR magazine,a Gender Friendly Curriculum and a Counseling manual.
