The aim of the present study is to determine the epidemiological profile of male sexual disorders in Mbujimayi. The study is prospective, carried out over a 2-month period among the general population in the five communes of the city of Mbujimayi (Muya, Dibindi, Kanshi, Diulu and Bipemba). Sexuality is an important parameter of quality of life. It has an impact on married life. Male sexual disorders are responsible for marital conflict and divorce. They include: erectile dysfunction, ejaculation disorders, libido disorders and orgasm disorders. Sexual disorders are common in our environment. The most common is erectile dysfunction. Associated factors are the age of the subject and the use of drugs that depress sexual function.
