Autorenporträt
Renata de Castro is a birth doula, Ayurvedic practitioner, and yoga teacher with a speciality in Prenatal Yoga. She is the founder of Her Sacred Cradle, a women's wellness business focused on guiding women to awaken their inner healer, and to realize their own innate powers, so that they may bring more consciousness to their health, pregnancy, and birth. She believes women are portals between worlds, the vessels that house generations to come, and that it is in the way women birth, journey through pregnancy and motherhood, and connect with their bodies that helps to shape and form a more conscious world. It brings her so much joy to see that her kids have adopted and been positively influenced by some of the practices of these ancient and holistic healing modalities of Ayurveda and yoga. It is her desire that, through this book, your kids may be positively influenced too.
