When Carmella Moretti inherits her grandfather's beloved pizzeria in the quaint coastal town of Wavecrest Cove, she trades her fast-paced New York advertising career for small-town charm and the promise of keeping her family's legacy alive. But her fresh start takes a dark turn when a rival pizzeria owner is found dead, and suspicion falls on Carmella's establishment. Teaming up with the enigmatic Detective Maddox Jones, Carmella must clear her name and uncover the truth behind the murder. As they dive deeper into Wavecrest Cove's secrets, they discover a web of lies, rivalries, and unexpected alliances that threaten to tear the community apart. With the annual Best Pizzeria Bake-off Festival looming, Carmella and Maddox race against time to catch a killer before another body turns up. Amidst flying dough and simmering tensions, an unexpected romance blossoms between the unlikely pair. Can they serve up justice and save Nonna's Slice of Heaven, or will their budding love be the final ingredient in a recipe for disaster? "Mamma Mia It's Murder" is a mouthwatering mystery that will leave readers craving more, with a side of romance and a generous helping of small-town charm. "Patti Petrone Miller's books hit different than your typical feel-good stories. Sure, Hallmark's got their formula down pat, but Miller brings something fresh to the table - authentic characters that actually feel like people you know, dealing with real-life stuff while still keeping things wonderfully uplifting. I honestly get the same warm fuzzies reading her books as I do curling up with hot cocoa for a Hallmark marathon, but without all the predictable plot points we've seen a million times. She's nailed that sweet spot between heartwarming and genuine that's super hard to find these days. If you're looking for stories that'll leave you smiling but don't make you roll your eyes at how perfect everything is, Miller's your girl. She's got that special touch that makes you feel like you're hanging out with friends rather than just reading about characters. Move over, Hallmark - there's a new queen of wholesome in town!"
