The author traveled to UK to quench his thirst for higher education after studying Law in Pakistan. In the UK, he was exposed to multicultural environment whilst studying MA HRM at Kingston University.He is currently serving City University as a Lecturer and Research Supervisor. The author is also CIPD qualified and professional HR consultant.
