Among the livestock farming, sheep farming is considered as the most traditional occupation carried only by the small farmers/ but with the change of times due to more commercialization the demand has increased for sheep by-products by the consumers as a consequence, of this the sheep farmers are turning to more commercial oriented and seeking newer technologies, availing the services and supplies from the input agencies, and also applying the management tools to run the enterprise in more commercial and profitable venture.Keeping in view of the importance of sheep farming as a commercial venture where a sheep farmer has to play an important role .
