In 1984 while bored at work, I coined the name 'Management by Confusion'. Lack of the ability of management to see or figure out problems became apparent. A friend 'Pete' Peterson and I spent about three month putting together a game board that chronicled the adventure of a person through the company ladder to the top. No game company wanted it, so the idea was scrapped, my kids and still play it. After years of thinking about it, I decided to begin writing down the new story of Management by Confusion. The crazy adventures occur around them as they purchase a research and develop company that is losing money, as a write off. To Frank's amazement the company turns around in just one month. Management by Confusion is a Comedy/ Sci-fi/ Fantasy/ Adventure story that bridges weird to insane. It is written so anyone could read it only because I don't have a ten million word vocabulary like some writers. So sit down, relax, and read a
