Betty Jane Punnett (Ph.D. NYU) is Professor of International Business & Management at the University of the West Indies (Cave Hill). Her recent books include Management: A Developing Country Perspective (Routledge), International Perspectives on Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management, 3rd edition, and Experiencing International Business and Management, 3rd edition (M.E. Sharpe). Bill Buenar Puplampu (PhD; C.Psychol) is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour and Chartered Psychologist (BPS), and Dean of the Central Business School of Central University College, Ghana.  His work has appeared in Business and Society Review, Acta Commercii, Ife PsycholoGIA, European Business Review, Canadian Journal of Development Studies and Consulting Psychology Journal. Dr. Terri R. Lituchy (Ph.D.University of Arizona) is an Associate Professor of International Management at Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. Terri's publications include Successful Professional Women of the Americas (2006), Gender and the Dysfunctional Workplace (Elgar, 2012) and Management in Africa (Routledge, 2012).
