Management has been defined as an institution of an association for the progress of its every member with justice and equity. We have observed that the political leaders in the developing countries like India have not managed properly the human development process, and Indian attitude continues to remain regressive, hence the need of this development model.

Dr Krishna Kant Jha is working as Head of a Post Graduate Department in India has a 35 years experience of teaching and research, keeping multidisciplinary approaches.
