Mr. Dhakal holds master¿s degree in environmental science with more than ten years¿ experience in South and Southeast Asia on health care waste assessment, treatment and disposal technologies, and planning and implementation of HCWM system in diverse system of heath care setting. He is presently leading an EU-funded project for Lalitpur, Nepal
